I founded Professional Livestock in the late 1990s with the absolute goal of producing outstanding livestock for the targeted market.  Cattle have always been part of the equation, and I have long had an interest in producing and promoting lasting generations of outstanding Fleckvieh genetics. The first 100% Fleckvieh female, Woodring’s Faithful 113H, was purchased at the 2000 Houston Sale.  Faithful is a Siegfried x Hamlet x Hacks Bold Fanella and is still being used in today’s program.  The Fleckviehs were moved from Washington State to Northeast Texas in 2007.  With several quality additions, I am continuing to grow a unique herd of elite genetics emphasizing polled, non-diluter, and functional cattle.     

While attending Washington State University, I met Jason & Brandy Jordan.  Jason brought a new twist to the equation. Together, we built an elite herd of show pig sows and dominated the Northwest show pig scene for several years.  Jason continued his education at Oklahoma State University earning a MS in Meat Science.  While in Oklahoma, he and Brandy entered the Boer Goat business and began the ProStock Boer Goat division, applying the same philosophy of breeding excellence in their program. They now reside in Mt. Pleasant, TX and are committed to…. using excellent genetics to promote their successful herd of show quality fullblood Boer Goats.
